How often does my building need janitorial service?
It depends on the type of facility, how many people use it, and the standard you need to maintain. Many offices are serviced several nights a week, while lower-traffic spaces may need less. We recommend a frequency during your walkthrough and adjust it as your building changes.
Do we need to be on-site when you clean?
No. Most janitorial service happens after hours. We coordinate access, alarm procedures, and key control with your facility contact during onboarding.
Can the scope change after we start?
Yes. Occupancy, tenants, and building use change over time, and your cleaning program should too. We review the scope with you regularly and adjust tasks or frequencies as needed.
